Registered Nurse - Assistant Clinical Director

Cleveland, OH
Full Time
CLE PRO
Senior Manager/Supervisor

At Crossroads Hospice, compassion isn’t just part of our mission—it’s the foundation of everything we do. We believe that end-of-life care should be profoundly human, honoring each patient and family with dignity, respect, and steady, heartfelt support. In a healthcare environment that can often feel impersonal, we remain devoted to delivering care that is both meaningful and comforting, regardless of circumstance.

The Assistant Clinical Director plays a vital leadership role in shaping both the quality of care we provide and the strength of the team delivering it. This role requires resilience, empathy, and a strong moral compass—because doing the right thing is rarely the easiest path. You’ll guide, mentor, and support our clinical staff, helping them provide care that is not only medically sound but emotionally resonant and deeply personal.

Partnering closely with the Clinical Director, you’ll ensure that each patient’s final chapter is met with compassion and dignity, while also fostering a team culture rooted in purpose and connection.

We’re seeking a nursing leader who is motivated by challenge, driven by meaning, and ready to grow. If you see yourself stepping into a future Clinical Director role and want to lead with both head and heart, we welcome you to join us in this essential work.
