Executive Director

Cincinnati, OH
Full Time
CIN PRO
Executive

The Executive Director is the steady hand that sets the direction for everything we do. This is a leader who inspires a team, grows the reach of our hospice care, and makes sure that every patient and family we serve receives the kind of care that reflects who they are and what matters to them most.

This is not an easy role, and it isn't meant to be. Delivering compassion the right way takes skill, heart, commitment, and structure, and it takes a strong leader to hold all four together. Our clinical team is skilled, compassionate, and committed, and they deserve a leader who will champion them, challenge them, and help them grow. Leadership here isn't about who's in your circle or who you already know. It's about leading the way with integrity, solving problems head-on, earning trust, and building a culture where accountability and respect go hand in hand.

At the heart of this role is a true partnership with our clinical leadership. Together, you'll hold the team, and each other, accountable to the highest standard of care. That standard shows up everywhere: in quality outcomes, in the experience families describe when they talk about us, and in a program that is always survey-ready because doing it right is simply how we operate.

Everyone needs a business model, and ours runs on compassionate teamwork. You'll own the operational and financial health of the site, make thoughtful decisions about resources, and build a team people want to join and stay with. Growing our census means building real relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners so that more families can reach us when they need us most, because nobody should die alone.

Crossroads exists because compassion should not be a transaction. Death is a meaningful experience for patients and their loved ones, and we only have one chance to get it right. We aren't blind to the challenges in this industry, but we believe those challenges shouldn't change the heart of our organization; they should make us stronger as a team.

If you are a leader who is energized by a challenge, driven to grow, and ready to prove that this industry can be better, we need you.
