Volunteer Manager
Every patient deserves to have their final chapter shaped by comfort, dignity, and the presence of people who care. At Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care, we build a network of compassionate individuals who show up, not because they have to, but because they believe in the profound importance of being present during life's most vulnerable moments. We create space for patients to experience their last days surrounded by support, kindness, and the simple gift of human connection.
As a Volunteer Manager, you build and sustain the community of volunteers who become essential to patient care. You match people to moments, coordinate schedules, and ensure that patients have someone to sit with them when they need it most. Your work means families get the administrative support that frees them to focus on their loved ones, and volunteers feel prepared and valued in their roles. You create a reliable system where compassion translates into consistent, meaningful support that patients and families can count on.
