RN Clinical Liaison

As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you are often the first compassionate face families encounter after receiving life-changing news. Your role is pivotal—not just in providing essential education about hospice care but in meeting each family exactly where they are emotionally, offering the understanding and empathy they deeply need.

Navigating delicate conversations and fostering collaborative relationships across various hospital departments are key components of your daily mission. Your skill in thoughtfully connecting with healthcare providers helps ensure patients receive timely and sensitive care. RN Clinical Liaison Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life patients. 
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
