Registration Representative, Hospice

As the first point of contact for families beginning their hospice journey, the Registration Representative plays a vital role in shaping their overall experience. This position is about more than just gathering information—it’s about creating a sense of trust, safety, and compassion from the very first interaction. You’ll help families feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for during one of the most emotionally complex times in their lives.

Registration Representative Hospice Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 1+ year of experience in a sales, marketing or customer-facing role
• Travel to homes and/or facilities to review and complete consent paperwork, initiating the admissions process for patients and their families.
• Prior healthcare, hospice or home health experience and/or knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in navigating and de-escalating conversations with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Active Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance
• Reliable personal transportation
• Maintaining a respectful, professional and comforting presence in all interactions

Registration Representative Hospice Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00am - 7:30pm
• The position will work out of the Green, Ohio office but mainly cover the Cleveland area.
